When you sell and use an agent you will pay that agent a professional fee on a successful sale. We charge that agent a percentage of their fee for them to work with us in the sale. Agents are happy to work with advocates because we present the selling opportunity which is the hardest part of real estate, getting the listing.
Once the home has been sold, we ask the member to nominate the industry charity they would like us to donate to and we donate the equivalent of 10.00% of the total agent’s fee back to the charity. On average this will be $1,400.00 per member that we represent in a sale.
